This Roll on is what keeps me moving around during the day and able to sleep at night. I use it on ankles, knees, lower back, trapezoid muscles and hands.

I have arthritis in both knees. This is the most effective topical relief I have found for severe pain, and I have tried prescription lotions, herbal remedies (frankinsense) and other brands of CBD creams and lotions. Hands down Creating Better Days has created better days for me. Non oily, the convenient roll on means I don’t have to wash lotion off my hands every time I apply it. I procrastinated thinking I’d find something else. I finally gave in and ordered online. So glad I did. The difference in relief is so noticeable! The pain is numbed almost instantaneously.

I do like the product, but LOVED the older CBD Roll On (300 MG) that I started buying in 2018/2019. That roll on was AMAZING. You would not think this would be the case, but every time they changed the "formula" and increased the MG (now it's 1500?), it doesn't even feel as soothing and relaxing as it did. Tried the cream as well. An increase in the MG does NOT mean an increase in the relief provided by using the product.

Menthol roll on is good but would like a transparent bottle. This one is so heavy and don't know how much liquid it holds.
I doesn’t come out with the roll on like it should. If you do get some out it works very well.
Well it is what I wanted however I got two and never ordered two so mailed one back and am waiting for a refund to my Discover card. I hope I get it soon.
I use this for easing the neuropathy in my ankles and feet. I apply once at bedtime and it does seem to surpass the abilities of stuff I have tried that is made for neuropathy.

The CBD roll on was great. I’ve used other CBD products that were a cream and messy. The roll on is perfect and takes away the pain.
