Refund policy

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of the original purchase date, provided that all of the following conditions are met:

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original, sealed packaging

  • The product is in resalable condition

  • Proof of purchase is provided

For health, safety, and regulatory reasons, opened or used consumable products cannot be returned or refunded, unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

 


 

2. How to Initiate a Return

3. Return Shipping Costs

4. Refunds

  • All sale, clearance, and promotional items are final sale

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used consumable products

  • Items not purchased directly from creatingbetterdays.com

  • Products returned outside the 30-day return window

  • Gift cards (if applicable)
