Orders submitted by 12:00 PM (Noon) EST, Monday–Friday, will typically ship the same business day. Orders submitted after 12:00 PM (Noon) EST will be processed and shipped the following business day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST on Friday will ship the following Monday. We do not ship on weekends or holidays! Selecting expedited shipping does not decrease order processing time. During periods of high order volume, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you via email or telephone.

No. Expedited shipping may speed up transit time after the package leaves the facility, but it does not reduce the standard order processing time.

Sale items cannot be refunded. Creating Better Days’ refund policy states that only regular-priced items are eligible for refund.

You can cancel your subscription through your customer portal. A manage-subscription link is included in every order confirmation email, and the support team can also help if needed.

To avoid being charged for your next subscription order, cancel at least 24 hours before your next billing date. Orders already processing or shipped cannot be refunded or canceled.
