Shipping Policy

SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIMES:

  • All orders are processed within 2 Business days (Monday - Friday). 
  • Orders are not processed and shipped on weekends or holidays.
  • Selecting expedited shipping will not decrease the order processing time.
  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at the checkout. USPS / FEDEX rates are automatically applied.

  • Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.
  • Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

SHIPMENT TO P.O. BOXES OR APO/FPO ADDRESSES:

  • Creating Better Days CBD ships to addresses within the United States only. PO Box addresses are accepted as well.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING:

  • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). Tracking # will be provided after orders have been processed.

DAMAGES:

  • Creating Better Days CBD works very diligently to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.  If you received your order damaged, please contact us at 1(800) 215-0223.
  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods


DELTA-8 SHIPPING POLICY:

Creating Better Days retains the right to not ship to any states or territories where local laws conflict with H.R. 2: The Agricultural Improvement Act of 2018, also known as the 2018 Farm Bill. Due to Delta-THC 8 either being illegal or not explicitly legal according to state laws, this product does not ship to the following states:

Alaska, Montana, Idaho, Nevada, Utah, Colorado, Arizona, Iowa, Idaho, Michigan, Arkansas, Mississippi, Kentucky, New York, Delaware, Rhode Island, and Connecticut.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY:

  • WE CURRENTLY DO NOT SHIP OUTSIDE THE CONTINENTAL US
