Shipping Policy

Age Restriction (21+)

By placing an order with Creating Better Days, you confirm that you are at least twenty-one (21) years of age and legally permitted to purchase hemp-derived products in your jurisdiction.

Creating Better Days does not sell or ship products to individuals under 21. We reserve the right to cancel, refuse, or refund any order if age verification cannot be reasonably confirmed or if we believe an order violates applicable age-restriction laws.

 

 

SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIMES:

  • Orders submitted by 12:00 PM (Noon) EST, Monday–Friday, will typically ship the same business day.

  • Orders submitted after 12:00 PM (Noon) EST will be processed and shipped the following business day.

  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST on Friday will ship the following Monday.

  • We do not ship on weekends or holidays!

  • Selecting expedited shipping does not decrease order processing time.

  • During periods of high order volume, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you via email or telephone.

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS:

  • You have a 2-hour window from the time your order is placed to request changes or cancellations.

  • To modify your order, please contact our support team immediately at 1(800) 215-0223 or Info@CreatingBetterDays.com.

  • If your order has already shipped, we are unable to make changes. You must return the original shipment before a replacement or corrected order can be sent.

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES:

  • Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.

  • Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

SHIPMENT TO P.O. BOXES OR APO/FPO ADDRESSES:

  • Creating Better Days CBD ships to addresses within the United States only. P.O. Box addresses are accepted.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING:

  • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). Tracking numbers are provided after orders have been processed.




DAMAGES:

  • Creating Better Days CBD works diligently to ensure 100% customer satisfaction. If you received your order damaged, please contact us at 1(800) 215-0223 or Info@CreatingBetterDays.com.

  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before contacting us.

RETURNS POLICY:

  • All returned items must be unopened and unaltered in their original condition.

  • Items that have been opened, used, or altered are not eligible for a return. The full retail price of any opened item(s) will be charged and is non-refundable.

  • To initiate a return, customers must contact our support team to begin the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) process before sending any items back. Returns received without an approved RMA will not be processed.

  • Please contact us at 1(800) 215-0223 or Info@CreatingBetterDays.com to start your RMA.

  • If your order was already shipped and you need to make a change, the original shipment must be returned and the RMA process completed before a replacement order can be dispatched.

THC-A SHIPPING POLICY:

  • Creating Better Days retains the right to decline shipment to any state or territory where local laws conflict with H.R. 2: The Agricultural Improvement Act of 2018 (2018 Farm Bill). Due to THC-A being illegal or not explicitly legal under certain state laws, this product does not ship to the following states: Tennessee, Idaho, North Dakota, Kansas, Virginia, Hawaii, Minnesota, Oregon, Road Island, Utah, Vermont, Arkansas, Louisiana, and Texas (THC-A flower, pre-rolls, or other smokable THC-A)

DELTA-8 SHIPPING POLICY:

  • Creating Better Days retains the right to decline shipment to any state or territory where local laws conflict with H.R. 2: The Agricultural Improvement Act of 2018 (2018 Farm Bill). Due to Delta-8 THC being illegal or not explicitly legal under certain state laws, this product does not ship to the following states: Alaska, Montana, Idaho, Nevada, Utah, Colorado, Arizona, Iowa, Michigan, Arkansas, Mississippi, Kentucky, New York, Delaware, Rhode Island, and Connecticut.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY:

  • We currently do not ship outside the continental United States.
