Age Restriction (21+)

By placing an order with Creating Better Days, you confirm that you are at least twenty-one (21) years of age and legally permitted to purchase hemp-derived products in your jurisdiction.

Creating Better Days does not sell or ship products to individuals under 21. We reserve the right to cancel, refuse, or refund any order if age verification cannot be reasonably confirmed or if we believe an order violates applicable age-restriction laws.


Order Processing Times

Processing time refers to the time it takes our fulfillment team to prepare, verify, pack, and ship your order.

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday, may be processed and shipped the same business day.

  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST will typically be processed and shipped the following business day.

  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST on Friday, or on weekends or holidays, will begin processing on the next business day, which will be Monday.

  • We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.

  • During periods of high order volume, promotional events, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be extended by a few business days. If your order is significantly delayed, we will notify you via email.

Please note: Processing time is separate from shipping transit time. Your shipping estimate begins only after your order has been processed and handed off to the shipping carrier.

 

 

Order Adjustments & Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact our Customer Support team immediately at 1 (800) 215-0223 or Info@CreatingBetterDays.com.

Order changes or cancellations must be requested within 2 hours of placing your order and during our normal business hours. Orders are often fulfilled within 2 hours when order volume is low, so requests received outside of business hours cannot be guaranteed before fulfillment begins.

Once your order has been verified and packed by our fulfillment team, it is prepared for shipment and can no longer be modified. This includes changes to the shipping address, products, quantities, or any other order details. If your order has already shipped, no changes can be made.

You will need to return the original shipment before a replacement or corrected order can be processed and sent.

 

 

Shipping Transit Times

Creating Better Days CBD ships to addresses within the United States only. We are also able to ship to P.O. Box addresses.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery is estimated within 2–4 business days, depending on your location and the carrier's network.

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Weather conditions, carrier delays, holidays, and other circumstances beyond our control may affect transit times.

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed during checkout.

 

 

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has been shipped, including instances where carrier delays occur after your package has been accepted by the shipping carrier.

 

 

Shipping Protection

Customers have the option to purchase Shipping Protection during checkout for added peace of mind.

Shipping Protection covers eligible orders that are lost in transit before being marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

Shipping Protection does not cover:

  • Packages marked as Delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.

  • Orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address entered during checkout.

  • Orders returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable shipping address.

To help ensure successful delivery, please carefully review and verify your shipping address before completing your order. We are unable to assume responsibility for delivery issues resulting from incorrect address information provided at checkout.

If you believe your protected shipment has been lost during transit, please contact our Customer Support team at info@creatingbetterdays.com or (800) 215-0223 so we can assist you with the claims process.



THC-A SHIPPING POLICY:

  • Creating Better Days retains the right to decline shipment to any state or territory where local laws conflict with H.R. 2: The Agricultural Improvement Act of 2018 (2018 Farm Bill). Due to THC-A being illegal or not explicitly legal under certain state laws, this product does not ship to the following states: Tennessee, Idaho, North Dakota, Kansas, Virginia, Hawaii, Minnesota, Oregon, Road Island, Utah, Vermont, Arkansas, Louisiana, and Texas (THC-A flower, pre-rolls, or other smokable THC-A)

DELTA-8 THC SHIPPING POLICY:

  • Creating Better Days retains the right to decline shipment to any state or territory where local laws conflict with H.R. 2: The Agricultural Improvement Act of 2018 (2018 Farm Bill). Due to Delta-8 THC being illegal or not explicitly legal under certain state laws, this product does not ship to the following states: Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Hawaii, Idaho, Iowa, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New York, North Dakota, Oregon, Rhode Island, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and Wyoming.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY:

  • We currently do not ship outside the continental United States.
