All products sold on this site are derived from hemp grown and processed in the United States under the Agriculture Improvement Act of 2018 (Pub. L. 115-334). Every production lot is tested by an independent, ISO/IEC 17025-accredited laboratory. Certificates of analysis are available by lot number at  here: the lot number appears on each product.

Our products are not marijuana as defined at 21 U.S.C. § 802(16).

We do not sell, manufacture, or distribute marijuana or marijuana-derived products.

Federal and state requirements for hemp-derived products are changing. Product availability on this site reflects applicable requirements as of 08/2026, and we restrict shipment to jurisdictions where a given product is permitted. This statement is informational and is not legal advice.
