Horrible soapy taste
It seems to hold me for 3 hours wake up, get up to go potty than go back to sleep for 3 to 4 hours. I only take 5 ml so not a strong dose. It doesn’t leave an hang over
My experience with Better Days was great. I had an issue with the CBN/CBD WAS EXPIRE but they went up and beyond and sent me new bottles. They said I could return the expire bottles or keep them. Valerie was very nice to work with

Looks like this is a revised formula that is much milder tasting than before which helps to keep it under your tongue.
I use this to help me get to sleep at night. I take it about an hour before bed, on an empty stomach. Seems to help me ease in to sleep at night.

I have purchased this before with coconut oil instead of avocado oil...I feel like that product tasted better and worked better for me. The avocado oil version works, just not as well and it has a thicker mouth feel than the coconut oil version.
I’ve never used a CBD product before, so I didn’t really know what to expect. It immediately helped me to get to sleep at night and it seems that my arthritic pain is reduced. I awake refreshed and have no residual effects from the CBD. I have to say that I’m satisfied with it.
